ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 21,  2002

7:00 P.M.   Called meeting to order.    Present:  Robert Merritt
                   and Paula Keefe.  Signed a bill voucher.
7:05 P.M.   Old Business
The Board read a notice concerning the meeting that is scheduled for 11/25/02 with the Finance Committee to present our FY2004 budget and capital outlay project.
7:06 P.M.     New Business
The Board reviewed a new proposed job description for the
Administrative Assistant position and compared it to the previous job description.
The Board made a change to the new Administrative Assistant  job description and then approved it as amended.
The Board reviewed a new proposed job description for the Assistant Assessor position and compared it to the previous job description.  The new job description would change the job title to Adminstrative Assessor.
The Board made several changes to the new Administrative Assessor job description and then approved it as amended.  They also approved the change to the job title.   
The Board reviewed a proposed letter to the Personnel Board from the Administrative Assessor, Mark Mazur, requesting that several changes be made to the rating of the Adminstrative Assessor position.                 
The Board made several changes to the letter and then approved it as amended.                                                                                   
The Board decided to hold their next meeting in two weeks.
