ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JULY 29, 2004

 

7:00  P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Richard Gorden and Mark

                   Mazur

 

  1. The Board approved, as amended, the minutes to our 7/8/04 meeting.
  2. The Board reviewed the unofficial results of the Personnel Board’s review of the Senior Assessors’ Clerk position on 7/13/04.  It appears that changes in the rating by the Personnel Board will raise the position one grade level.

 

7:15 P.M.  The Board went into Executive Session

 

7:30 P.M.  The Board returned from Executive Session and resumed their regular

             meeting.

 

  1. The Board reviewed an analysis of recent commercial and industrial sales and

income and expense returns.  The Board agreed that the only overall change for income producing properties for fiscal year 2005 will be to raise base rates for commercial condominiums.

  1. The Board took the following actions on the following fiscal year 2005

exemptions for the owners of the following properties:

  1. The Board decided to hold their next meeting on August 19th.
