ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 30, 2004

7:00  P.M.   Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson

                     and Mark Mazur.

1. The Board approved minutes to our 9/9/04 meeting.

2. The Board reviewed and then signed the following two fiscal year 2005 tax rate related forms that were revised slightly:  the LA-4 Assessment Classification Report and the LA -13 Tax Base Levy Growth form. 

3. The Board agreed to hold a classification hearing on Tuesday October 19^th at 8:00 P.M.

4. The Board examined a preliminary version of the fiscal year 2005 tax rate recapitulation form.  They discussed changes that could be made as a result of actions taken at the 10/18/04 special town meeting or by the Board of Selectmen.

5. The Board signed a lien release for an expired classified land parcel.

6. The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2005 exemption applications by  owners of the following properties:
