ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

DECEMBER 16, 2004

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson, Richard

                  Gorden and Mark Mazur

1.   The Administrative Assessor, Mark Mazur, discussed his presentation of our fiscal

      year 2006 budget to the Finance Committee on December 6, 2004.

2.   The Board reviewed and approved the minutes to our 12/2/04 meeting.

3.   The Board re-reviewed the exemption application of the owner of parcel

      #059051000.  The Board rescinded their previous action granting the owner a clause

      17D exemption for fiscal year 2005 and granted him a clause 41C exemption for

      fiscal year 2005.  The recision of their previous action was done under the authority

      of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 59 Section 64 which allows the Board to

      take corrective action during the three month appeal period.

4.   The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2005 applications for owners of

      the following properties:

5.     The Board agreed to have the Administrative Assessor meet with taxpayers from

        Arboro Drive and Circle Way to discuss their assessments.

6.    The Board will hold their next meeting on 1/13/05.

7:35 P.M.    The Board went into Executive Session.

8:10 P.M.    The Board returned from Executive Session.

8:10 P.M.    Adjourned
