7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order. Present: Ellen Abelson, Paula Keefe, Richard Gorden and Mark Mazur.
1. The board reviewed and approved the minutes to our January 29, 2004 meeting.
2. The Board discussed the presentation of our Capital Outlay Request for a Data Re-Inspection Project to the Capital Outlay Committee.
3. The Administrative Assessor briefly discussed the two Appellate Tax Board (ATB) cases that were heard today.
4. The Board discussed a request by Town Administator, Ben Puritz, to meet with them at their March 4th meeting to discuss overlay and new growth estimates.
5. The Board reviewed and approved, as amended, a press release for the video imaging project that will begin tomorrow.
6. The Board discussed abatement applicants who have requested hearings.
7. The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2004 applications for abatement on the following parcels:
