Finance Committee Meeting

Executive Session Minutes – August 15, 2011

Town Hall, Lower Level Hearing Room, 8:55 P.M.

Members Present:  Arnold Cohen, Gordon Gladstone, Charles Goodman, Alexander

                               Korin, Ira Miller, Jacqueline Modiste (Hamilton)

                Absent:   William Brack, Brian Fitzgerald, Joel Lessard, Laura Nelson

1. Ira Miller updated the committee that Joel Lessard and Bill Brack were preparing an analysis of fully loaded costs on employees’ salaries.  They have all the information from Don Hilligasse.  Bill Brack has not had a chance to do analysis of numbers.  They would talk to Selectmen.  Don’t think it would happen for this cycle.  The information coming out of MUNIS and budgets.

2. Ira Miller stated that Ben Puritz compared how we use that information relevant to fully loaded against other towns and private sector jobs.  It is a little slower than we would like.  That is where it is.

3. It was MOVED and SECONDED to adjourn.

4. VOTED:  6-0-0.
