Finance Committee Meeting

Minutes, March 29, 2012

Town Hall, Lower Level Hearing Room, 7:30 P.M.

Members Present:  Arnold Cohen, Gordon Gladstone, Charles Goodman, Ira Miller, Laura Nelson

                               (Hamilton)

                Absent:   William Brack, Brian Fitzgerald, Alexander Korin, Joel Lessard, Jacqueline Modiste

1.  Ira Miller conducted the meeting in Joel Lessard’s absence.

2. Ira Miller announced that the committee was scheduled to have a meeting, but some appointments were not available.  We will defer until Monday.  We are at the stage of finishing recommendations on Warrant articles.

3. The next meeting will be on Monday, April 2, 2012.

4. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
