Finance Committee Meeting

Minutes, April 4, 2012

Town Hall, Lower Level Hearing Room, 7:30 p.m.

Members Present:  Gordon Gladstone, Alexander Korin, Joel Lessard (late), Ira Miller, Laura Nelson

                Absent:   William Brack, Arnold Cohen, Brian Fitzgerald, Charles Goodman, Jacqueline

1.  Joel Lessard announced that the Finance Committee planned to have a Finance Committee meeting, but we are one short of a quorum.  We will not convene a meeting and sign off.  The next meeting is Monday, April 9.  One item left for the budget.  This will be the last meeting prior to the Open Warrant meeting.
