A meeting of the Sharon Board of Health was called to order on August 4, 2008 at 7:40 PM, in the Sharon Town Office Building, with the following members in attendance: Stanley Rosen, Chair, Anne Bingham, Jay Schwab, and Suzi Peck.

VOTED: (Rosen/Schwab) unanimously, to accept the minutes of June 30, 2008, as amended.
Minutes of Meeting of July 21, 2008
VOTED: (Bingham/Schwab) unanimously to accept the minutes of the meeting of July 21, 2008.
Recusal issue
The Board briefly discussed this issue, but postponed further discussion and vote since Ed Welch was not present.
Anne Bingham stated she will contact the Ethics Commission for a written decision.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
