At 9:40 PM the Board entered into executive session to discuss negotiating a personnel matter. In attendance were Chair Stan Rosen, Vice-Chair Andy Stead, and Jay Schwab.
The Board authorized Chair Stan Rosen to contact one of the candidates to obtain additional information.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 PM.
