MINUTES OF MEETING
JUNE 29, 2009
A meeting of the Sharon Board of Health was held on Monday, June 29, 2009, at the Sharon Town Office Building, beginning at 7:30 PM, with the following members present:
Chair Stan Rosen, Vice-Chair Andy Stead, Jay Schwab, and Ed Welch.
At 7:30 P.M. the Board members
VOTED: (Rosen/Stead): unanimously to enter into executive session to discuss contract negotiations in a personnel matter...and, following that meeting, to adjourn for the evening.
