The meeting of the Priorities Committee was held at 7:30 p.m. at the High School Library

and was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chair Laura Salomons.

Members Present:

Finance Committee:   Ira Miller and Charles Goodman

William Fowler and Benjamin E. Puritz

Meeting Minutes

A MOTION was made by Chuck Goodman and seconded by Ira Miller to approve the Regular Session minutes of February 8, 2011 and March 22, 2011 VOTE: (4-0-0) - unanimous

Vote Transfer contingency to Norfolk Aggie and Conservation Commission

Discussed was the approval of $25,000 from contingency to:

$6,500 Norfolk Agricultural Tuition and

$18,500 Cedar Swamp Project

A MOTION was made by Ira Miller and seconded by Joe Roach to approve $25,000 from contingency to: $6,500 Norfolk Agricultural Tuition and $18,500 Cedar Swamp Project  VOTE: (4-0-0) – unanimous

Vote to Adjourn

A MOTION was made by Ira Miller and seconded by Chuck Goodman to adjourn  VOTE: (4-0-0) - unanimous
