4.     Consider approval of Regular Session Minutes of March 2, 2010 and the Executive Session Minutes of March 2, 2010

5.     Vote to dispose of 9 Glenview Road

6.     Consider granting permission to Moose Hill Sanctuary to close Moose Hill Street from the intersection of Moose Hill Parkway to Route. 27 to allow safe passage for the Yellow Spotted Salamander.

7.     Consider request for fee rental waiver by Eastern Bank Charitable Foundation
