A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held at 1:00 P.M. in the Sharon Town Offices with Chair Norman Katz and Selectmen Walter Joe Roach and David I. Grasfield and Town Administrator Benjamin E. Puritz.
The meeting was called to order at 1:05 P.M.
Sick Leave Advance
Town Administrator Puritz stated that Sick Leave Advance for Town Accountant Joan Leighton will be scheduled on the next Selectmen’s agenda.
Rattlesnake Hill
The Zoning Board of Appeals will be seeking input from other Boards with regard to the 40B Development. Eric R. Hooper, Superintendent of Public Works, has the request. The ZBA plans to have a decision written in September/October.
FY’05 Budget
Town Administrator Puritz reported that he is preparing a draft of the FY’05 budget instructions/ schedule.
Executive Session
VOTED: (Roach/Grasfield) Voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing matters of Negotiation and Pending Litigation, and at the conclusion thereof, to adjourn for the day.
The Board entered into Executive Session at 1:07 P.M.
