                           Meeting Minutes

Members Present:  Chair Gordon Gladstone ,  Fred Clay ,  Colleen Tuck , Bill Croteau, Matthew Baldassari, Roger Thibault, Eric Hooper, Rich Slater and Tony Branca

Members not Present:  Steven Smith, Debbie Benjamin and Rick Rice

Others Present:  Bob White

The meeting of the Sharon Standing Building Committee was called to order by Chair Gordon Gladstone at 6:00 p.m. in Room 608 at the High School

The only order of business was to approve the budget estimate for the DPW steel building

MOTION:  to approve a project budget of $1,520,000 for the DPW steel building

VOTED:  (7-1-0) to approve a project budget of $1,520,000 for the DPW steel building
