Applicant seeks two findings and a special permit relative to proposed expansion to a structure on a nonconforming lot finding 1) that proposal is not more detrimental to the neighborhood per M.G.L. 40A, Section 6; 2) that proposal does not increase the non-conforming nature of the property as per Sharon Zoning Bylaw Section 6412A; 3) Special Permit to allow an expansion of a structure on a non-conforming lot per Sharon Zoning Bylaw, Section 6412B for property located at 51 Pole Plain Road and situated in the Single Residence B Zone within the Groundwater Protection District.
