Applicant seeks a Variance from the terms of Section 4620(B), 2435, and 4625(F) to construct a 140’ monopole with antenna arrays and necessary equipment within a fenced compound as illustrated on the plans submitted.  Said property is located at 215 South Main Street and situated in the Single Residence B Zone within the Groundwater Protection District.

                                                Omnipoint, 2 North Main Street

 

Applicant seeks a Special Permit pursuant to Section 4620(B)(3) to install and operate a concealed wireless telecommunications facility within a church steeple with necessary equipment located within the attic portion of the church.  Said property is located at 4 North Main Street and situated in the General Residence, Historic and Groundwater Protection  Districts.

                                                Miller, 84 Oak Hill Drive

 

Applicant seeks 1) a variance pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 10 and pursuant to Sharon Zoning Bylaw, Section 6222 from the minimum setback from side lot line as stated in Sharon Zoning Bylaw Section 2434(b) in order to construct an addition; 2) Applicant also requests the granting of such other Special Permit, Variances or Findings which the Zoning Board determines requisite for the proposed addition.  Said property is located at 84 Oakhill Drive and is situated in the Single Residence A Zoning District within the Oakhill Drive Cluster Subdivision.
