Seq. of the Sharon Zoning Bylaws for “Sharon Residences”, a Residential Development of approximately 29 Townhouses for Residential use pursuant to the Sharon Commons Smart Growth Overlay District (SCSGOD), Subzone B. Applicant seeks to modify temporary and emergency access conditions, and such other relief and findings as is necessary or required therefore. The property is 669 South Main Street and is located as land bounded generally by Old Post Road to the west, and by South Main Street to the south. The parcel is shown on the Assessors’ map as Map 47, Lot 37 and the approximate area is 5.20 acres. The Property is situated in a “Residence A” zone within the Groundwater Protection District and the Sharon Commons Smart Growth Overlay District.
