Applicant, David McKinley, representing Kaestle Boos Associates, seeking special permits and variances relative to a proposed expansion at the Middle School.  Applicant seeks a variance from lot area coverage limits, a variance from the impervious materials limits, a variance from the minimum natural vegetation requirements, a variance from building height limits, a variance from the required landscaping requirements, a variance from the wetland setback requirements, and a special permit for an underground acid waste tank.  Applicant also seeks any additional findings, special permits or variances the board deems necessary.  Property is located at 75 Mountain Street and is situated within the Rural 2 Zoning District within the Surface Water Protection District.

Applicant seeks findings and special permits relative to the legalization of an in-law apartment constructed without benefit of a building permit or zoning approval as follows:  1) finding that proposal is not more detrimental to the neighborhood per MGL 40A S6; 2) finding that proposal does not increase the non-conforming nature of the property per Zoning Bylaw Sec. 6412A; 3) Special Permit to allow a habitable space expansion to a structure on a non-conforming lot per Zoning  Bylaw Sec. 6412B; 4) Special Permit to allow an in-law apartment per  Zoning Bylaw Sec. 4211; 5) the applicant also requests the granting of such other special permits, variances or findings that the Zoning Board determines are requested.  Property is located at 7 Marie Avenue and is situated in the Single Residence B Zone within the Groundwater Protection District.
