1: 7:45 Meeting called to order by Chairman Michael Bossin.
2: 7:46 Minutes of February 24, 2009 —
Motion made by Jay Bronstein and seconded by Marc Bluestein to approve the minutes of February 24. All present Committee members voted in favor.
3. 7:47 Correspondence —
None read.
4. 7:48 Horizon Camp Buildings and Grounds RFP —
The committee reviewed the Horizon Camp Buildings and Grounds RFP request for rental for edits and/or corrections (especially any references to the verbiage used in the Wilbur School RFP which was used as a guideline.)
Jane Desberg motioned to accept the (RFP) Horizon camp property located at 125 Lakeview Street, Sharon as amended by the Committee for the purpose of forwarding this document to the Board of Selectman; motion seconded by Jay Bronstein. All present Committee members were in favor to forward the amended RFP to the Board of Selectman.
Mike said that the next step is to have the Horizon Committee grade this RFP and will find out what the rules for grading are.
The RFP will then be posted in the Massachusetts Government Central Register.
A meeting will be held on April 1 at 10:am at the Sharon Town Hall for all persons interested to learn about the requirements, restrictions and the process outlined in the RFP with bidding scheduled April 13.

Marc Bluestein motioned and Jay Bronstein seconded to adjourn the meeting. All present Committee members voted in favor.
