Meeting of April 14, 2009

In Attendance: Mike Bossin, Gary Bluestein, Marc Bluestein, Glenn Allen, Jay Bronstein, Jerry Saphire, , Barbara Kramer,  ,

1:   7:35     Meeting called to order by Chairman Michael Bossin.

                 

2:   7:36     Minutes of March 10, 2009 —

Motion made by Jay Bronstein and seconded by Marc Bluestein to approve the minutes of March 10, 2009. All present Committee members voted in favor.

 

3.   7:37     Correspondence —

Read to the committee the request for further information that was requested by Scott Brody on the Camp RFP.

 

Read a decision by Atty Thomas Mccusker on a mistake made by one of the RFP parties on the deposit amount submitted. The Selectmen need to vote whether the RFP will be accepted in the best interest of the Town.

 

A $30 donation was given to the Town for the use of the Dining Hall by Sharon Family Chavurah.

 

4.   7:48     Horizon Administration building RFP —

                   A motion was made by Marc Bluestein with a second by Jerry Saphire to ask the Selectmen to accept the application pending supplemental payment of the correct amount from Loubille Le Montesessori Du Village.

                    Motion passed unanimous

 

 

                 

                 

                   

 

Discussed how the evaluations were going to be done, An evaluation scoring system  form was submitted as well as the following:

 

 Evaluation System

 

Each member of the committee will complete the evaluation form in accordance with the stated scoring system

 

Each proposal will be evaluated by each member

 

A total score and average score will be recorded for each evaluation

 

Members may record any comments on the evaluation form

 

Upon completion of the evaluation forms the scores will be compiled by three members of the committee and presented at a scheduled meeting of the committee

 

Each member of the committee will have the opportunity to present and discuss their evaluations

 

The committee will consider the evaluation scores, comments and discussions and prepare a recommendation to the Selectmen

 

The recommendation will state the results of the evaluation process and any additional considerations leading to the decision of the committee

 

All committee members completed evaluation sheets must be submitted by 7:45pm

April 28,, 2009 at the Community Center to be compiled any not in on time will be excluded.

 

 

Motion made by Jay Bronstein and seconded by Barbara Kramer that the proposed evaluation system and forms be accepted. Passed unanimous

 

 

 

5.8:45 Everyone receiving the submitted  RFP’s must sign for them
